By downloading, installing, or using this application ("the App"), you agree to all terms set forth herein. If you do not agree, do not install or use the App.
本アプリはApp StoreおよびMicrosoft Storeを通じて配布されます。各ストアの利用規約も本規約と並行して適用されます。
The App is distributed through the App Store and Microsoft Store. Each store's terms of service apply alongside these terms.
本アプリは個人開発者（以下「開発者」）によって提供されます。開発者は法人ではなく個人であり、本規約はその前提のもとに解釈されるものとします。本アプリは個人の趣味・研究の範囲で開発・提供されるものであり、商用サービスとして提供されるものではありません。
The App is provided by an individual independent developer ("Developer"), not by a corporation or legal entity. The App is developed and distributed as a personal project, not as a commercial service. These terms shall be interpreted accordingly.
本アプリはCSVファイルの読み込み・編集・書き出しを行うソフトウェアです。ファイルの操作に関して、以下の事項を十分にご理解のうえでご使用ください。
The App reads, edits, and exports CSV files. Please fully understand the following before use.

無料部分について：本アプリの基本機能は無償で提供されます。無償部分の利用に関して、開発者が負う損害賠償責任の上限は0円とします。
Free tier: The App's core features are provided free of charge. The Developer's maximum liability for damages arising from use of the free tier is zero (¥0 / $0).
有料アドオンについて：本アプリの有料アドオン（機能拡張・オプション機能等）はApp StoreおよびMicrosoft Storeを通じてのみ販売されます。有料アドオンの購入・課金・返金に関する一切の処理はAppleまたはMicrosoftが行います。開発者は有料アドオンに関する金銭的責任を一切負いません。返金が必要な場合は、ご購入のストアに直接お申し込みください。
Paid add-ons: Paid add-ons for the App (feature expansions, optional features, etc.) are sold exclusively through the App Store and Microsoft Store. All billing, payment processing, and refund decisions are handled solely by Apple or Microsoft. The Developer bears no financial liability whatsoever in connection with any paid add-on purchases. For refunds, contact the store where you made your purchase.

App Store（Apple） reportaproblem.apple.com より申請してください。返金の可否・金額はAppleが独立して判断・処理します。
App Store (Apple) Submit a request at reportaproblem.apple.com. Refund eligibility and amount are determined and processed solely by Apple.
Microsoft Store Microsoftのサポートページより申請してください。購入後14日以内かつ未使用が条件となる場合があります。返金の可否・金額はMicrosoftが独立して判断・処理します。
Microsoft Store Submit a request via Microsoft's support page. Refunds are generally available within 14 days of purchase subject to usage conditions. Refund eligibility and amount are determined and processed solely by Microsoft.
開発者はいつでも予告なく、本アプリの機能変更・アップデート停止・配信終了・サポート終了を行うことができます。これらによって生じた損害について、開発者は一切の責任を負いません。
The Developer may, at any time and without prior notice, modify features, cease updates, discontinue distribution, or end support for the App. The Developer bears no liability for any damages arising from such actions.
ユーザーが本規約に違反したこと、またはユーザーによる本アプリの使用に起因して開発者が第三者から請求・訴訟・損害を受けた場合、ユーザーはその損害（合理的な弁護士費用・訴訟費用を含む）を開発者に対して補償するものとします。
If the Developer incurs any claim, lawsuit, or damages from a third party arising from the user's violation of these terms or use of the App, the user shall indemnify the Developer for all resulting losses, including reasonable attorneys' fees and litigation costs.
本規約は日本法に準拠し、日本法に従って解釈されます。本規約または本アプリに関して生じた紛争については、開発者の住所地を管轄する日本の裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。ただし、ユーザーの居住地の強行法規がこれより優先される場合は、その限りにおいて当該法規が適用されます。
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Japanese court having jurisdiction over the Developer's place of residence as the court of first instance. Where mandatory laws of the user's jurisdiction override this clause, those laws apply to that extent.
本規約は予告なく変更される場合があります。変更後も継続してご利用の場合は、変更後の規約に同意したものとみなします。重要な変更はアプリのアップデートまたは本ページへの掲載をもって通知に代えることがあります。
These terms may change without prior notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes may be communicated via an App update or posting to this page.
