はじめにIntroduction

Lamia（以下「本アプリ」）は、Raven's Vault（以下「開発者」）が開発・提供する macOS 向け CSV エディタです。本プライバシーポリシーは、本アプリがどのような情報をどのように扱うかを説明します。

Lamia (the "App") is a macOS CSV editor developed by Raven's Vault (the "Developer"). This Privacy Policy explains what information the App handles and how.

収集する情報Information We Collect

収集しない情報Information We Do NOT Collect

本アプリは以下の情報を一切収集・送信しません。

The App never collects or transmits any of the following:

氏名・メールアドレスなどの個人情報
Personal information such as name or email address
デバイス識別子
Device identifiers
位置情報
Location data
クラッシュレポート・利用統計（アナリティクス）
Crash reports or usage analytics
CSV ファイルの内容（ローカルで処理され、外部に送信されません）
CSV file contents (processed locally, never transmitted)

外部に送信される情報Information Transmitted Externally

以下の機能を使用した場合のみ、情報が外部サービスに送信されます。

Information is sent to external services only when you use the following optional features:

AI チャットパネル（任意機能）AI Chat Panel (optional)

送信先: ユーザーが設定した AI プロバイダー（OpenAI / Anthropic / Google）
Destination: The AI provider you configured (OpenAI / Anthropic / Google)
送信内容: ユーザーが入力したメッセージ、および CSV のヘッダー行と先頭数行
Content: Your message and the header row plus first few rows of the CSV
送信タイミング: ユーザーが明示的に送信操作をした場合のみ
Timing: Only when you explicitly send a message

API キーはユーザーのデバイス内にのみ保存されます。

API keys are stored on your device only.

SQL コネクタ（任意機能・Pro 版）SQL Connector (optional, Pro)

送信先: ユーザーが設定した外部データベースサーバー
Destination: The external database server you configured
送信内容: ユーザーが入力した SQL クエリ
Content: SQL queries you enter
送信タイミング: ユーザーが明示的に接続・実行した場合のみ
Timing: Only when you explicitly connect or execute

アプリ内購入（Pro 版）In-App Purchase (Pro)

送信先: Apple App Store
Destination: Apple App Store
送信内容: Apple が管理するトランザクション情報
Content: Transaction data managed by Apple

本アプリは購入情報を独自に収集・保存しません。

The App does not independently collect or store purchase information.

データの保存場所Data Storage

本アプリが保存するデータはすべてユーザーのデバイス内に限定されます。

All data saved by the App remains on your device.

第三者への提供Third-Party Sharing

開発者は収集した個人情報を第三者に販売・提供しません。 AI・SQL 機能使用時の通信はユーザーと各サービス提供者の間で直接行われます。

The Developer does not sell or share personal information with third parties. Communications via the AI and SQL features occur directly between you and the respective service provider.

お子様のプライバシーChildren's Privacy

本アプリは 13 歳未満のお子様を対象としておらず、意図的に個人情報を収集しません。

The App is not directed at children under 13 and does not intentionally collect their personal information.

プライバシーポリシーの変更Changes to This Policy

本ポリシーを変更する場合は、このページに最新版を掲載します。

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page.
